A little note about your trial box
As this is a test run, your box may not be quite as polished as our final postal boxes. That's exactly why we're doing it!
Your cookies will be baked, packed and sent with all the usual Katy's Cakery care. We're simply testing how well our new postal packaging protects them on their journey to you.

What comes in the Trial Cookie Box?
A mystery selection of chunky, handmade Katy's Cakery cookies.
Choose a box of 4 or 8 cookies, then pick your mystery flavour vibe.
The 4-cookie box contains 4 mystery flavours, while the 8-cookie box contains 4 mystery flavours with 2 of each.
Can I choose my cookie flavours?
Nope, that would ruin the mystery. 👀
You can choose between Mystery Flavour Box A: Super Chocolatey Vibes and Mystery Flavour Box B: Sweet but Not Too Sweet, but the individual flavours inside are chosen by us.
Why is it called a Trial Cookie Box?
Because we're testing our cookies in the post before launching our full postal range.
The cookies are the same Katy's Cakery bakes we'd usually make, but we're using these boxes to test everything from our packaging to how well they survive their journey through the postal system.
You get first dibs on the cookies, and we get to put our packaging (and the postie's handling skills 👀) to the test.
When will my cookies arrive?
All Trial Cookie Boxes will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We're expecting your cookies to arrive on Thursday 13th August, but Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service, so occasionally parcels may take a little longer.
You'll receive tracking information once your box has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Will my box look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily. That's part of the mystery!
Flavours, toppings and finishes will vary depending on what's included in your box, and because everything is handmade, no two cookies will ever look completely identical.
We're also testing our postal packaging, so the final Katy's Cakery postal boxes may look a little different when we officially launch.
Are all of the cookies vegan?
Always. ♡ Every cookie in your Trial Cookie Box is 100% vegan.
We're all about making ridiculously good bakes that just happen to be vegan.

What if my cookies arrive damaged?
Please tell us! That's exactly the sort of thing we're testing.
If your cookies arrive significantly damaged, email hello@katyscakery.com with your order number and clear photos of the cookies and packaging.
We'd love your feedback on how everything arrived, even if they survived their adventure perfectly.
