We're testing something we've wanted to do for a while: sending proper Katy's Cakery cake straight to your door.
Each Trial Cake Box is filled with a mystery selection of our handmade vegan cake slices. You won't know exactly what's coming until you open it, but that's part of the fun.
We're using this first postal drop to find out how our cakes handle the journey from our kitchen in Cheshire to kitchens across the country. So you get first dibs on the cake, and we get to find out whether our packaging can survive everything the postie throws at it.

A little note about your trial box
Cake is a little more precious in the post than a cookie, which is exactly why we need your help testing it.
We'll carefully bake, portion and pack every slice ready for its journey. When yours arrives, we'd love to know how it held up, from the condition of the cake to the packaging around it.
It might not be our final perfected postal experience just yet, but the cake inside is every bit as Katy's Cakery as usual.

What comes in the Trial Cake Box?
A mystery selection of handmade Katy's Cakery cake slices, packed up and ready to make their first journey through the post.
Choose a box of 3 or 6 cakes. The 3-cake box contains 3 mystery flavours, while the 6-cake box contains 3 mystery flavours with 2 of each.
No choosing, no peeking. You'll find out what you've got when you open the box. 👀
Why is it called a Trial Cake Box?
Cake is a little more precious in the post than a cookie, so we want to make sure we've got our packaging absolutely right before our full postal launch.
We're testing how our cakes handle the journey from our kitchen in Cheshire to your front door. You get first dibs on the cake, and we get some very useful feedback. ♡
When will my cakes arrive?
All Trial Cake Boxes will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We're expecting your cakes to arrive on Thursday 13th August, but Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service, so occasionally parcels may take a little longer.
You'll receive tracking information once your box has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Are all of the cakes vegan?
Of course. ♡ Everything in your Trial Cake Box is 100% vegan.
Flavour comes first at Katy's Cakery. We just happen to make it all without animal products.
