Our Trial Brownie Box is your chance to taste brand new flavours we're developing at Katy's Cakery. Each box contains a selection of handcrafted vegan brownies, giving you the opportunity to discover potential future favourites while helping us decide which recipes make the final cut.
Every brownie is baked fresh in small batches using quality plant based ingredients, with the same rich, fudgy texture and indulgent chocolate flavour you've come to expect. As these are trial recipes, flavours may change regularly, making every box a little different.

These brownies are part of our recipe testing process, so your box may include flavours that never make it to the permanent collection. If you discover a favourite, let us know. Your feedback genuinely helps decide what stays.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
For an extra gooey brownie, warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds and add a scoop of ice cream.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.

What comes in the Trial Brownie Box?
A mystery selection of rich, fudgy, handmade Katy's Cakery brownies.
Choose a box of 4 or 8 brownies. The 4-brownie box contains 4 mystery flavours, while the 8-brownie box contains 4 mystery flavours with 2 of each.
No choosing, no peeking. You'll find out what you've got when you open the box. 👀
Why is it called a Trial Brownie Box?
Because we're testing something new before these brownies officially join the Katy's Cakery menu.
Your box may contain flavours that never make it to the permanent collection, so your feedback genuinely helps us decide which brownies deserve a spot.
We're also using this first postal release to put our packaging (and the postie's handling skills 👀) to the test.
When will my brownies arrive?
All Trial Brownie Boxes will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We're expecting your brownies to arrive on Thursday 13th August, but Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service, so occasionally parcels may take a little longer.
You'll receive tracking information once your box has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Are all of the brownies vegan?
Always. ♡ Every brownie in your Trial Brownie Box is 100% vegan.
No compromises and no "good for a vegan brownie". Just properly indulgent brownies that happen to be vegan.
