Our products

Katy's Cakery produces handmade vegan cakes, cookies, brownies and other baked goods.

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Because of this, there may be slight differences in appearance, decoration, size or finish between the product you receive and photographs shown on our website.

Product photographs are intended to provide an accurate representation of our bakes, but handmade products will naturally vary.

Where a product is sold as a mystery or trial box, the contents may vary and specific flavours are not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.

Vegan products

Our recipes and products are made using vegan ingredients and we do not intentionally use animal-derived ingredients in our bakes.

Some ingredients we purchase are produced in environments where manufacturers also handle allergens and/or non-vegan ingredients. Where relevant, manufacturer precautionary statements are reflected in the allergen information we provide.

Orders and payment

Payment must be made in full when placing your order.

An order is accepted once we have confirmed it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or website error, we are unable to fulfil the order, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the affected products.

Product availability

Everything at Katy's Cakery is made in small batches and availability may change.

We may occasionally need to substitute or remove a flavour from a mystery box where an ingredient or product becomes unavailable. Any substitution will be made with a product of equivalent or greater value where reasonably possible.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete checkout.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated alongside the promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion where necessary, but this will not affect qualifying orders already accepted.

Your information

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information and delivery address supplied when ordering are accurate.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend its delivery details.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
